Positive Affirmations



Positive Affirmations are a great way to start feeling good. Since how and what you think is based on how you feel, feeling good makes you think in a more positive way. The reverse is also true. If you are feeling bad, it's likely your thoughts are on the same track. If your thoughts are bad, you're stuffed (Australian/English) or screwed (American) because in Law of Attraction land, you get what you think.

Turn that around and feel good, and the thoughts that follow are positive and you get better results and enjoy the ride at the same time. Pretty good deal. Even if things aren't going as well as you would like, positive thinking will not only make you feel better, but also will help you to find ways to cope with the situation and find better solutions.

What Are Positive Affirmations?

They are words and phrases that sooth and calm and generally make you feel good. They can be words from a poem or inspirational message, or a series of words that you have selected that trigger good thoughts, feelings and/or memories. In most cases they are words that describe your gratitude and joy.

How To Create Words and Phrases That Work For You?

There are many ways to find the Positive Affirmations that work for you. One good way is to make a list of all the things in your life for which you are grateful. This might seem silly or awkward at first, but it's a great place to start. At the end of each day, write down all the things that have happened that made you feel good. Don't leave anything out. Even the most simple parts of our daily lives are worthy of our gratitude. Another way is to find a motivational person who speaks to you. By that I mean the person uses words or images or music in a way that is uplifting for you. Use this work to get you moving in the morning and to finish up your day in the right way.
